Blue-collar grit isn’t just a story; it’s how I operate. My dad was a carpenter, so as a kid, I spent plenty of weekends working on our house or someone else’s. (Picture me hauling shingles onto a roof at 10 years old.) I learned early how much coordination it takes to turn plans into reality and the grit required to get things done right.
